A make over is when your existing layout is the way you
want it to be, however the tiles and fittings are old or not doing the
job anymore and need to be replaced. For your bathroom make over we would
in general remove and dispose of the existing tiles, fixtures and fittings. Also remove wall and ceiling linings.
Test the existing plumbing and install
the bath. Install wiring for power points and an exhaust fan light. Install
new linings for the walls and ceiling. A waterproofing membrane is then
applied to the shower area and all wall/floor corners. |
Floor tiles are then
laid, followed by fixing of wall tiles. The shower screen and mirror are then
measured and made ready for installation. The vanity, toilet suite, tapware, and accessories are then installed. Your new bathroom is then cleaned, all the
rubbish is removed and is now ready for your use. This process normally would
take up to 10 working days to complete.
